Several youths from the inner city made a positive step towards a positive future as they embark on the “Positive Behaviour for a Positive Future “behavior change programme. The porgramme, conceptualized by Justice George Young, a member of the executive of the Lay Magistrates Association, Kingston Chapter and recipient of the Governor General Award for Excellence (2015) and is being delivered by Justice Young, in partnership with the Community Safety and Security Branch of the Jamaica Constabulary Force.

The Honourable Delroy Chuck, Minister of Justice, called on the Justices of the Peace for Kingston to maintain their integrity at all times and find ways of reducing crime and violence in our communities.
